Pit to Pit - across the chest, in inches. 

 

Length - from the lower collar to the hemline, in inches.

 

Arm -  from arm pit to the cuff, in inches.

 

Waist -  across the waistband then doubled, in inches.

 

Inside Leg - from inside leg at the crotch, to the bottom of the garment, in inches.
